She brings over thirty-five (35) years’ experience in creative problem solving, critical thinking and case management efficiency. Currently employed with the state of New Jersey Division of Taxation (2017 to present) as a Taxpayer Representative 1, she is responsible for assisting New Jersey taxpayers and tax practitioners with varied tax matters, resolves issues pertaining to multiple tax accounts and conducts research, when necessary.Rebecca Matthews earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from Ashford University (graduated with honors), her Master of Arts in Higher Education, Ashford University, Clinton, IA and currently is pursuing her Doctor of Education (Adult Learning) from Capella University (2017), Minneapolis, MN.
